Recommendations: After a roof system has been evaluated and analyzed, appropriate recommendations are provided regarding maintenance, repair and / or replacement. These recommendations are directed towards maximizing the return on investment of the roofing asset. Return to top of page.

Budget Estimates: Maintenance repair and replacement recommendations are accompanied with realistic cost values for these recommendations.
