CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
In those construction projects where the horizontal and vertical waterproofing envelop is the major component of the project but allied trades such as asbestos abatement, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, sheet metal, deck replacement, etc. are required, RMT will manage the entire project to a successful completion.
Project Management: In order to maintain and enforce the spirit and letter of the project specifications, the large and complicated construction project requires management to minimize interruptions and keep the project "on time and within budget".
Quality Assurance: The standards of quality and performance represented in the project documents must be enforced and maintained throughout the project. Qualified and knowledgeable field personnel provide this measure of insurance.
Contract Administration: Contract documents involved with roofing and waterproofing projects are complex and time consuming. Pay requests from contractors, retainage, lien waivers, guarantees and the actual contract agreement are some of the components that are indigenous to a roofing and waterproofing project.
