DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS
Complete and detailed project specifications including project specific detailed drawings are the engine that drives the project to a successful completion.
Architectural Peer Review: RMT has supported architectural / engineering firms in their specification development. RMT's discipline is Division 7 specific.
System Value Engineering: Review specific systems with client. Advise on site use and improvements, selection of material, building systems and equipment. Provide recommendations of relative construction feasibility, availability of materials and labor, time requirements for construction and factors related to costs.
Client Requirements: Review client requirements to ensure all requirements are included. Verify requirements and assignments of responsibilities for safety precautions and programs, hazardous materials removal and disposal, temporary sanitary facilities are included.
Detailed Specifications: Specifications specific to system. Consultation during project development to review alternative designs. Coordination of construction documents. Prepare pre-qualification criteria, if required, for bidders. Familiarize bidders with bidding documents during a scheduled meeting. Bid analysis and recommendations for award or rejection.
Detailed Drawings: Drawing details specific to system will be included identifying construction.
