SURVEY / EVALUATION
Performed to determine actual conditions of the horizontal and vertical waterproofing envelope through visual inspection techniques. Listed are some of our capabilities.
System Construction Analysis: Document type and condition of all associated components.
Analysis / Testing: Core extractions are tested for thickness, number of plies, bitumen content, weight, tensile strength and overall integrity.
Recommendations: After a horizontal and vertical waterproofing envelope has been evaluated and analyzed, appropriate recommendations are provided regarding maintenance, repair and / or replacement. These recommendations are directed towards maximizing the return on investment of the roofing and vertical waterproofing asset.
Budget Estimates: Maintenance repair and replacement recommendations are accompanied with realistic cost values for these recommendations. Alternative solutions with appropriate budget estimates are included. Life cycle financial models are presented to supplement the decision making process, if requested.
Photo Survey: Captioned photo survey will be provided identifying anomalies of the horizontal and vertical waterproofing envelope.
Infra-red Scan: Infra-red Thermography identifies a spectrum of energy not visible to the human eye. An infra-red scan identifies the wet areas or areas of energy loss and is documented and highlighted on the surface.
Roof Plan: CAD drawing identifying roof sections, core extractions, and wet areas if infra-red scan was requested.
